The Responsible Gaming Program

The Responsible Legal Gambling Program, Gioca il Giusto, has been implemented with the aim of building a shared model of safe and reliable gaming, focused on entertainment, the prohibition of gambling to minors and the prevention of problem gambling phenomena.

There are eight areas of action of the Program, Gioca il Giusto, which involves not only players, but also employees, the distribution network and commercial partners, institutions, public bodies and operators in the sector to maximize the commitment to ensure the protection of customers and in particular the most vulnerable groups:

• Studies and Research: analysis and monitoring of the dimension, configuration and external perception of the game phenomenon
• Game development: mechanisms for assessing and monitoring the degree of social riskiness of each new game before its introduction to the market
• Staff training: training activities to raise awareness and inform all employees about the areas of intervention of the responsible gambling program
• Network involvement: promotion initiatives and dissemination of the Responsible Gaming Program within each point of sale
• Responsible commercial communication: approval and certification processes of communication campaigns
• Awareness of Players: information and education activities aimed at customers on the correct use of SpinWin products
• Remote games: prevention mechanisms (self-limitation and self-suspension) and monitoring in remote games
• Problem Gambler Support: offering problem gambler support services.

The Responsible Gambling Program is certified on the basis of the highest international standards promoted by the European Lotteries and World Lottery Association. The certification certifies the adherence and implementation of actions in full compliance with the so-called Responsible Gaming Standards and is renewed every three years.
